Join us in Abu Dhabi, We are Looking for a talented, motivated, creative and dedicated Interior Designer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong proficiency in hand sketching and developing comprehensive shop drawing to join our team, Apply and share your CV with us!

Key Responsibilities :

• Create detailed hand sketches to communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Present and market properties to prospective buyers, using effective sales techniques.
• Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial abilities to propose suitable real estate solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
• Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood

Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications :

• Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
• The ability to juggle multiple clients
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with computational design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software
• At least 5years experience in UAE in the same field
