Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Experienced Internal Architect with experience in designing and overseeing the development of innovative interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and project management, ensuring the creation of functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable spaces. The position requires collaboration with clients, contractors, and other design professionals to deliver successful projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Design & Development : Lead the creation of design concepts for interior spaces, translating client requirements into creative solutions.
• Space Planning : Optimize interior layouts for functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Material & Finishes Selection : Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings based on project requirements, sustainability, and budget constraints.
• Technical Drawings : Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
• Project Coordination : Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and smooth project execution.
• Client Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the design process and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Sustainability & Innovation : Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies into interior design projects to enhance efficiency and environmental impact.
• On-site Supervision : Oversee construction and fit-out stages, ensuring that the execution aligns with the design and quality standards.
• Budget & Timeline Management : Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that design goals are met without exceeding cost or time constraints.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture , Interior Architecture , or a related field.
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in interior architecture or a similar role, preferably in commercial, residential, or retail projects.
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD , Revit , SketchUp , Adobe Creative Suite , and other 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of building codes , regulations , and sustainable design principles .
• Proven track record in successfully managing and completing interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
