We are a leading immigration consultancy firm dedicated to providing expert advice and services to clients seeking immigration solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist clients in understanding various immigration programs and services.

Provide detailed and accurate information regarding visa and immigration options.

Act as the main point of contact for Sinhala-speaking clients, offering exceptional customer service.

Understand clients' needs and tailor immigration solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive new business and achieve sales targets.

Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and updates throughout the immigration process.

Qualifications:

Fluent in any of the language such as Tagalog, Sinhala, Malayalam, Hindi or Bengali along with English

Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Previous experience in immigration consultancy or legal services is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures is an advantage.
