Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business development manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Security Camera, and ICT (Networking and Telephony) System Annual Maintenance Sales. As a sales executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or sales, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media marketing and CRM software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of CCTV , IT and security systems and their applications
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ELV, Security Camera, and ICT System Annual Maintenance sector.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new business and upselling to existing clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive proposals to clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
• Plan the AMC visits with technical teams.
• Coordination and alignment with different technical teams to achieve customer service requests.
