Job Description

We are a leading aluminum and glass company located in the new industrial area of Umm Al Quwain, and we are seeking an experienced Aluminum & Glass Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting and experience working with aluminum and glass products.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed shop drawings for aluminum and glass products
• Prepare material take-offs and order materials
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Ensure that drawings comply with project requirements and industry standards
• Prepare technical submittals for approval by clients and consultants
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Attend project meetings as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting aluminum and glass products
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Familiarity with aluminum and glass fabrication techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
