Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician with a strong background in maintenance work to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. They must be proficient in troubleshooting and possess a deep understanding of HVAC systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including cooling and heating units.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of AC units to ensure optimal performance.

Replace or repair defective components, wiring, or controls in HVAC systems.

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations in the HVAC industry.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining technical information clearly.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AC technician with a focus on maintenance work.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures.

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues.

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
