Seeking an experienced and highly flexible 3D Designer to join our creative team. As a 3D Designer with a background in events and marketing, you will bring a unique perspective and expertise in creating visually stunning designs that elevate our events and promotional campaigns. Your role will involve conceptualizing and delivering innovative 3D designs, rendering spaces, and ensuring that each project captures the essence of our clients' brands while maximizing the impact on attendees and target audiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our events and marketing teams to understand project objectives, client briefs, and brand guidelines, translating them into captivating 3D designs that align with the overall event or campaign theme.

Develop visually appealing concepts and layouts for event spaces, trade show booths, stage designs, experiential activations, and other promotional elements, incorporating the latest trends and technologies in the events and marketing industry.

Utilize your exceptional creative skills to produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations, allowing clients and stakeholders to envision the final look and feel of the event or campaign.

Ensure that each design not only captures attention but also aligns with the client's messaging, brand identity, and marketing goals, effectively communicating the desired message to the target audience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event producers, marketing strategists, graphic designers, and audiovisual professionals, to seamlessly integrate your 3D designs into the overall event or campaign production.

Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and design approaches in the events and marketing industry, incorporating them into your designs to create cutting-edge experiences for attendees and consumers.

Present design concepts to clients, effectively communicating the strategic thinking behind each design decision, incorporating client feedback, and making revisions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure the feasibility and timely execution of your designs, providing guidance on materials, fabrication, and installation processes.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and the quality of deliverables is consistently high.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, material selections, and project progress reports, to ensure smooth project execution and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably with a focus on events, trade shows, or experiential marketing.

A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually stunning 3D designs and renders specifically tailored to events and marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max, as well as rendering software and plugins like V-Ray or Lumion.

Excellent understanding of event design principles, marketing strategies, and the ability to translate brand identities into immersive experiences.

Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas, concepts, and strategies to clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Keen eye for detail, trends in event and marketing design, and the ability to infuse creativity and innovation into each project.

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing client requirements and preferences while maintaining a strategic approach.

Knowledge of production processes, materials, and installation techniques relevant to events and marketing activations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
