The Excursion / Tour Specialist - CIS is responsible in ensuring the seamless daily operations and coordination such as:
• To attend the calls and provide proper information /recommendations about DG products
• To enter all bookings in the system and maintain the correspondence related to excursions
• To check the desks' data entry and allocate cost vs. suppliers.
• To book the outlets with the suppliers and enter booking confirmation in the system
• Checking supplier statements and reporting discrepancies.
• To update the desks, the office team in case of any stop sale, free sale, changing rates, new suppliers, new tours and any other announcement.
• To ensure that guides/desks/suppliers/drivers are aware in case of money collection and data is recorded in the system.
• To prepare excursion and roundtrip itineraries in coordination with operation department.
• Good in English, Russian command and any other foreign language.
• 2-4 years experience in a similar position in Destination Management / Tourism or Hospitality
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently but a team player
• Able to function in a stressful environment and work unsocial hours when necessary
• Able to develop analytical approaches to answer high-level questions and develop insightful recommendations.
• Ability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints
• Diploma / Degree in Tourism or any related course
• Can start immediately
