Job Description

We seek a skilled content creator to lead marketing efforts for our dental and aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to drive patient acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and boost client retention. A background in the beauty or wellness industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy : Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with clinic goals.
• Digital Marketing : Manage online presence, including social media, website, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram).
• Content : Collaborate on creating engaging content for social platforms and campaigns.
• Branding : Maintain brand consistency and oversee in-clinic events and partnerships.
• CRM : Implement systems to nurture leads and improve retention.
• Analytics : Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
• Budgeting : Manage marketing budget and negotiate with vendors and influencers.
• Offline Marketing : Organize events and secure local press coverage.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven marketing experience, ideally in beauty or healthcare.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and creativity.

Preferred :

• Experience in the aesthetic industry.
• Knowledge of treatments like Botox, fillers, etc.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
