As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties in the Dubai real estate market. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through various channels
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring both parties' interests are met
Stay up to date with market trends, property listings, and regulations
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A self-motivated individual with a passion for sales
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Compensation:
Basic Salary: AED 2,500 per month.
Commission Structure: 50/50 commission split on successful deals
Opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on performance
