Kaizen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Experience Manager to join our team. At Kaizen, we are committed to creating vibrant and sustainable communities that provide exceptional living experiences to our residents.

### Responsibilities

+ Community management, including financial management, maintenance, and customer experience.

??+ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws.

??+ Ensure service providers compliance with company SLAs and KPIs.

??+ Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the buildings under management.

??+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

??+ Drive initiatives related to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration.

??+ Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and authorities.

??+ Regularly assess the performance and efficiency of building operations.

??+ Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.

??+ Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

??+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management.

??+ certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).

??+ Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.

??+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

??+ Proficiency in financial management and reporting.

??+ Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

??+ Technologically sawy with experience in property management software.
