Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse legal matters effectively.

Qualifications

Education:

Law degree from a recognized university.

License:

Valid license to practice law in the UAE.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a lawyer in the UAE.

Language Skills:

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of UAE legal system and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters related to UAE law. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts. Represent clients in court proceedings and arbitrations. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in UAE legislation. Collaborate with other lawyers and legal professionals on complex cases. Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations in all legal matters.

Requirements

Experience in corporate law, commercial litigation, or other relevant practice areas. Familiarity with UAE court procedures and legal processes. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
