Job Purpose :
The Salesman is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by identifying customer needs, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves leading the sales process, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the exhibition.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Commitment to overall appearance regarding personal hygiene, wearing the uniform, and maintaining its cleanliness.
• Assists customers in finding their desired textile products and providing knowledgeable suggestions based on the customer's needs and preferences.
• Actively engages with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Leads the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Develops and maintains a deep understanding of product exhibition line and industry trends.
• Contributes to the store's visual merchandising, ensuring products are attractively displayed and stock levels are managed.
• Handles customer complaints and inquiries with a focus on maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Achieves individual sales targets and contributes to team goals, with a focus on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Processes transactions efficiently, ensuring pricing accuracy and managing cash handling duties.
• Contributes to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring products are attractively displayed and the store is well stocked and tidy.
Educational Qualifications :
Minimum High School or Diploma .
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience .
