We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you.
Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling
• Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests inquiries are attended to.
• The role will involve researching and identifying new business, pitching to new clients and managing accounts, ensuring their brief is communicated internally to Designers
• Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
• Develop innovative marketing campaigns, tools and activities.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Undertake the development and production of all marketing collateral in conjunction with Project teams across range of regional and international exhibitions from the Company's portfolio.
• Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales experts and sales representatives
• Assist the other shows in marketing deliverables should there be a manpower shortage in the marketing department.
• Effectively supervise the work performance of junior team members in marketing unit for assigned
• Work with the project teams to develop the shows through database building, research and enhanced value added events
Requirements
• At least a Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within an Exhibitions company, or Agency for events/exhibitions
• Excellent communication skills
• Provable Sales record of achieving targets
• Speaks fluently and writes clearly in English
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• UAE driving license will be an added advantage
