Exhibition Sales Manager - sub-leasing units

Job Summary: The Exhibition Sales Manager is responsible for leasing units for pop-up event / exhibitions and seasonal events. This role involves identifying potential exhibitors, negotiating leasing agreements, and ensuring successful participation in the events. The Exhibition Sales Manager will work closely with the event management team to ensure all exhibitor needs are met and events run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibitor Recruitment and Sales:
• Identify and target potential exhibitors for pop-up and seasonal events.
• Conduct sales calls and meetings to present event opportunities and secure leases.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve leasing targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Contract Negotiation and Management:
• Negotiate leasing terms and agreements with exhibitors.
• Ensure all contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain relationships with exhibitors, addressing any concerns or issues.
• Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with the event management team to plan and execute events.
• Coordinate with exhibitors to ensure their requirements are met.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of exhibitor spaces.
• Ensure compliance with event regulations and standards.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Analyze competitor activities and industry developments.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance event offerings.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and exhibitor communications.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Manage invoicing and payment collection from exhibitors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the exhibition or events industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leasing or real estate sales.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
• Multilingual abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
