Job Description

Job Summary
Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, adherence to company standards, and safe handling practices. This role requires expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, and ERP Oracle, with a solid understanding of export regulations and supply planning to support seamless operations and meet business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain inventory levels as per company requirements, ensuring timely availability of stock to support production, sales, and customer service teams.
Ensure 100% accuracy in system entries for all inbound and outbound transactions, utilizing WMS, SAP, and ERP Oracle for efficient data management and reporting.
Enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) & FEFO (First Expiry First out), principles for stock movements to optimize stock rotation and minimize waste.
Manage all physical order processing (picking, packing, receiving, shelving, and dispatching) within internal and external warehouses, prioritizing safety and accuracy in all tasks.
Prepare and maintain Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM) freshness reports, updating line managers regularly and notifying of near-expiry or write-off materials.
Continuously monitor stock levels, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment, aiming for zero stock variances.
Leverage knowledge in exports and demand & supply planning to manage outbound shipments and support overall logistics strategies.
Lead, train, and support warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and promoting a positive and safe work environment.
Ensure that all warehouse processes comply with company standards and policies, striving for operational excellence.
Uphold and integrate IFFCO's vision and values in all aspects of warehouse management.

Work experience requirement
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
