Job SummaryJM Sales is responsible for the achievement of category wise budgeted volumes and value ensuring Iffco is recognized at being leaders in our industry for customer service, by effectively driving follow-up of complaints, orders and all tasks that relate to customer satisfaction.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop business plan and sales strategy for UAE and expand it to other GCC countries to ensure attainment of category sales growth and profitability.
Developing specialty corrugated cartons business into existing and new markets,
Negotiating & finalizing deal terms, including pricing, TOP and material delivery terms
Manage contracts with B2B customers and clients in UAE & neighboring market.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Plan promotions and other schemes for driving sales in different region in UAE & neighboring market.
Actively manage the receivables and to this end ensure collections within specified credit limits and as per credit terms of the company from all Clients.
Ensure customer commitments are honored and the company\'s image and reputation is upheld at all times in the assigned country.
Keep business abreast with the new product demand / market trend movement.
Ensure retention of existing customers.
Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO\'s vision & values.

Work experience requirement
5-8 years of experience in specialty corrugated carton sales within the perfume and QSR segment
Ability to manage and negotiate with customers.
Ability to initiate and implement new ideas
Knowledge of customer base and paper pricing
Having good relationship within the Perfume & QSR customer base of UAE Markets & other GCC market will be an advantage
Excellent analytical, statistical and sales skills
Knowledge of ERP
To represent IPC to customers in allocated business sectors.
To maintain correct and regular contact with customers.
To negotiate and achieve best possible deals.
To act promptly on customer complaints.
To keep a watch on competitor\'s activities and report to Head of Sales
To prepare a visit report following each customer meeting outlining their future requirements and other needs - BVT to be filled on a daily basis
To monitor competitors\' prices.
To be ahead of competitors in contacting new customers.
