Sales Admin Mail Box- Inventory Availability, Movement of Inventory as per Strategy team, Re-instatement of rejected unit, Unit Rejection for re-booking, Upgrades/Waivers/ allocation, Direct Release of Inventory.
Requests & Amendments- Layout Request, Adding Promotion Letter, Draft SPA generation, Amendment of Pricing , T&C, Payment Plan Amendment, Sales Offers, Adding Joint Buyer to a booked unit, System issues/errors, Adding Parking & Storage, discounts & rebates application & eligibility.Education & Experience:
Must be from a Real Estate Developer
At least a High School Diploma or equivalent or Vocational Diploma/Certificate from a 2 year Technical course
1 - 2 years related work experience in office work, documentation and control
Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.
