Strong experience in liaising with quarries and suppliers to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Ability to evaluate material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines.
Skilled in negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
Solid understanding of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and sourcing best practices for construction materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
