:Your Role:The Executive Non-Clinical Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring top-notch candidates for various roles in the company. This role will work closely with the hiring managers of different departments. The role will also extend itself to support on employer branding initiatives and several other projects within the purview of Talent Acquisition such as Emiratization, campus recruitments and Diversity & Inclusion.Your Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle of the recruiting process to meet the various recruitment goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Source and attract a pool of applicants by placing online job advertisements, using job boards, recruitment agencies, referrals and word of mouth.
Educate the candidates regarding the job profile, coordinate the interview process with business leads and ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the selection process.
Track SLA\'s and various recruitment metrics for the full cycle of recruiting process
Ensure all vacancies and job applications are updated on the ATS and track the movements from offer to joining stage
Liase with the onboarding team to ensure all new joiner information is communicated well ahead of time to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Keep selected candidates engaged through continuous check-ins to build trust and promote the Aster spirit
Engage the stakeholders with continuous updates on the hiring for their roles along with weekly updates and sharing of market information for the role.
Increase employer visibility in the market through campus connections and employer branding strategies.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters in HR Management, Psychology or a similar field.
2-4 years of recruitment experience.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing and selection tools/methods.
Experience in the IT or Healthcare sector is preferred.
