Maintain and strengthen relationships with government departments to ensure smoothen of company transactions in a smooth way in Immigration, labour, MOHRE, citizenship and Identity authority, DMCC, JAFZA and DIP.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure the efficiency and speed of daily transactions in immigration and labor departments.
Work with visa center to secure quota visa for sponsor companies.
Execute with high effectiveness the immigration daily transactions in DMCC and handle all related employees\' visa issues.
Laise with EID authorities to maintain good relations and secure early appointments for biometric for employees.
Eork with BUs on removal of all fines related immigration and labor.
Meet with labor office to manage all employees\' labor complaints and advise BUs accordingly on better rules to implement
Develop new methods to automate the process for immigration, labor, medical and EID.
Support the BUs and legal on different Attestations from different authorities and embassies.
Manage with effectiveness and efficiency all issues related to employees\' problems at airports.
Handle all related matters for BUs regarding labor inspection and work with them for areas to improve.

Work experience requirement
At least 10 years in the same field and working with government departments.
Qualification
Graduation in any stream.
