Job Summary

Responsible for effectively managing the administrative activities for the unit
Roles & Responsibilities
----------------------------
• Provision and management of utilities and services for the unit including Transportation , Accommodations, Uniform , Security, Hygience & Safety etc .
• Managing the Induction and Orientation of new joinee in non management including employment visa and travel arrangement
• Managing the exit formalities and processing the full and final and repatriation in consonance with company policies.
• Issue /Renewal of Visa /Occupational Heath Card/Port Gate Pass/Emirates ID on time and in line with UAE Labour Laws.
• Processing applications with respect to Loan /Salary Advance/Leave/Medical for the worker.
• Managing the supply of Contract labour as per daily production plan.
• Evaluation of existing vendors and Indentifying and proposing potential vendors on the basis of cost , legal compliance and service levels.
• To develop and maintain workers HRIS and use these for non management employee decisions at the Business Unit.

Work experience requirement
-------------------------------
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing
• Minimum 2 years as functional lead
Qualification

Bachelors Degree / MBA (HR)/Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science
