Work with the culture and engagement lead to ensure engagement activities are integrated into the overall company strategy Administer employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction, identify areas of concern, and gather suggestions for improvement Analyse survey results Manage welness initiatives to support employee physical and mental health Coordinate wellness challenges, activities, and resources Prepare regular reports to demonstrate impact of engagement efforts
Requirements
MBA in HR 2 to 3 years work experience Proficiency in MS Office Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
