We're looking for an Executive - Talent Development to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a crucial member, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the professional development of employees by conducting soft skills training sessions and coordinating training activities across the organization. You will also be required to design and deliver training programs, assess training needs, monitor employee progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
##### EXPERTISE
• Minimum experience of 4 -5 years as a Soft Skills Trainer with experience in creating and delivering engaging training sessions.
• Should have worked with organizations in the Learning & Development dept. to create effective learning programs and manage training coordination
• Excellent knowledge of soft skills training methodologies and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted programs
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other training tools
• Strong planning & organizational skills
##### Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
