Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented Sales team/Property consultant from the real estate industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting top talent with our organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing:
• Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales Manager positions in the real estate sector.
• Candidate Assessment:
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with hiring managers and provide insights based on assessment.
• Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, real estate agencies, and relevant organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for Sales team roles .
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to assist in making informed hiring decisions.
• Offer Management:
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in recruiting sales professionals, particularly in real estate.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
