Job Title: Executive Sous Chef Location: Bahrain Package: 1,200 : 1,500 BHD per month, plus accommodation, family visa etc. Im currently supporting an amazing hospitality group, over in Bahrain, with their search for an Executive Sous Chef. The group already own and operate a number of incredible venues across Bahrain, and they have a plenty of very, very exciting projects in the pipeline too. Ideally were looking for experienced Exec Sous Chefs; Head Chefs; or CDCs who have a strong culinary background, and who have a successful track record in running and leading high volume kitchens. We could also consider those within a Sous Chef capacity, looking to make that next step within their career. Youll be leading a diverse team of 16 chefs across multiple sites (hotels, restaurants, cafes), and were looking for those who have successfully worked in and lead kitchens with multiple international cuisines. This Exec Sous Chef job role will involve executing dishes to the highest standards and working closely with Exec Chef. You will be a good Kitchen Manager who is able to run a kitchen to budget. Good leadership and communication skills are required : you will be able to manage a diverse team of staff. Prior GCC experience is strongly preferred, with international experience being an absolute must.
