• Champion the \xe2\x80\x98Izdehar\' program by driving Emiratisation strategies and boosting UAE National representation across the firm
• Be the talent scout extraordinaire - Identify, attract, and onboard top UAE National candidates to fuel our firm\'s growth
• Build relationships with local universities and rock career events to showcase our firm and attract fresh UAE National graduates
• Guide and support UAE National employees with their NAFIS applications, onboarding, and career development to ensure their success and smooth integration

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 1+ years experience in an Emiratisation role
• Independent thinkers who aren\'t afraid to challenge or be challenged
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Strong written and spoken English
• UAE National with a family book
• Strong understanding of Government Emiratisation policies and initiatives, including the NAFIS scheme
