Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Secretary/Admin (Female Only) to support Company Management Team for Business Operations. You will act as the first point of contact for related queries from employees, external partners and to support the Business Operations Team. Position requires excellent organizational skills to arrange and organize external meetings as well. Also, should have the ability and commitment to handle sensitive information confidentially. Scope of work responsibilities:- . Secretarial Support as assigned by the Management Team & assist for required business operations . Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update required databases. . Assist required documents and provide assistance in bookkeeping and basis accounts related for data entries. . PC literacy and well experience with MS Office applications and any "back-office" software. . Outlets visit if required for any personal clarifications or team meetings. . Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. . Proven work experience as an Admin or Secratary. * Minimum 02 experience required * Reporting directly to the C.E.O Please send your CV
