Job Description

We, Hygiene Fresh , are a leading manufacturing company specializing in washroom hygiene products , including dispensers and consumables. With a strong global presence, we actively participate in exhibitions around the world , showcasing our innovative solutions.

We are looking for a Female Executive Business Secretary to assist our Management team in day-to-day business activities and support their dynamic schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and business support to the MD, including managing schedules and following up on appointments and meetings.
• Act as a liaison between the Sales team and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely coordination.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and participating in global exhibitions and business events.
• Manage travel arrangements and accompany the MD on business trips.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents as required.

Requirements:

• Single and presentable, with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to draft business correspondence and presentations.
• Comfortable traveling internationally and representing the company at exhibitions and meetings.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in preparing reports and presentations.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Age should be below 40 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
