Key Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making. Track, follow up, and ensure completion of assigned tasks, feedback, and communications. Organize and maintain confidential documents and records. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations. Ensure efficient workflow and process improvements. Qualification : Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive approach with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
