Job Description

Responsibilities . Manage and organize executives' Emails, calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings. . Prepare meeting materials and take minutes of meeting during executive meetings. . Filter and prioritize incoming communications and correspondence. . Handle confidential information with discretion. . Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies and equipment. . Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as directed. . Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Requirements . Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative position. . Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). . Strong understanding of office management and basic accounting knowledge. . Exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. . Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. . High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information. . Ability to work independently and take initiative. .
