Executive Secretary:



We are seeking for an Executive Secretary who can provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient office operations, effective communication, and smooth workflow. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or secretarial role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and business etiquette.
