Executive Secretary

Job Description

• Manage executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas and reports.
• Take minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft, proofread, and send correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Maintain an organized filing system and ensure that documents are easily accessible.
• Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
• Support various projects as assigned by the executive, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct research and compile information to assist in decision-making.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Executive Secretary: 3 years (Required)
