Job Description

We are looking to hire a receptionist. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and technical skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Set up meetings with clients
• maintain an open dialogue with clients and persons of interest.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Can Speak English Fluently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• College Degree Holder
• Previous experience as a receptionist in Dubai
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Can join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
