Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into accounting software
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events
• Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization
• Utilize MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy
• Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of in accounting or related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance must
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
