We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional communication and organizational skills. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and manage the CEO's schedule efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
