Job Description

Proven experience as a Document Controller mainly in Construction Industry. Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ensure that all documents are organized, filed, and labeled in a clear and accessible manner. Maintain and update a master document register, tracking revisions, versions, and document status. Assist in the preparation of transmittal, document transcriptions, and archiving of historical project data. Ensure compliance with document control policies procedures, and relevant industry standards.

Competencies

:

Minimum 2 -3 year experience in a Construction Company in UAE. Computer literate in MS Office, and with good experience in role related software. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication
