We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager specialized in mens be spoke to join our team at Lapels Bespoke, located in the heart of DIFC Mall. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, particularly in luxury retail or bespoke fashion, and will bring a well-established database of clients. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, cultivating relationships, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the sales team, setting and monitoring KPIs to achieve store targets.

- Utilize your database of high-net-worth customers to drive traffic and sales for bespoke suits and tuxedo rentals.

- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, offering personalized service and expert styling advice.

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for every customer.

- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create and execute sales strategies that drive brand growth.

- Provide training and development for junior sales associates to elevate the overall performance of the team.

- Ensure the store environment reflects the high standards and exclusivity of the brand.

- Attend and represent the brand at industry events, ensuring continuous engagement with potential clients.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the luxury fashion or bespoke tailoring industry.

- Established network of high-net-worth clients and a customer database for direct outreach.

- Strong understanding of bespoke tailoring, fabric selections, and men's fashion trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

- Familiarity with tuxedo rentals or special occasion wear is a plus.
