Job SummaryIncrease the frequency of DOC sales and establish long term customer relationships.Roles & Responsibilities

Promote & Monitor sales of DOC in with local farmers and markets of UAE on continuous basis.
Increase realization. Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, LPO\'s and deliveries
Develop monthly & Weekly sales plan.
Generate sales Volume and Value wise in consonance with the annual business plan.
Implementation of all business development agreement with local farms and Poultry producers in the territory.
To identify variations in sales volumes as also combat competitor activity through appropriately design sales promotion activity.
Monitor competitor activity, customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts and provide regular feedback to management.
Collaborate with Hatchery team to achieve 100% service level to customers.
Update management with the latest trends of poultry market in and around the region.
Coordinate procurement of Live birds as and when required for ENPF.
Organize sale of Live birds with the best possible value to support farm operations.
