:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading events company seeking a highly skilled Executive Producer. This role is pivotal in curating and delivering an exceptional guest journey, perfectly aligned with the events objectives and brand identity. You will collaborate directly with a Project Director, supervising every aspect of programming, curation, and guest experience to ensure the event's success. Expect dynamic days navigating festivals, sports events, and large-scale public engagements, with new challenges and opportunities each day.Responsibilities:- Lead conceptualization, curation, and execution of event experience in alignment with client objectives and brand identity.- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure high-quality entertainment, attractions, vendors, and experiences.- Ensure all event elements reflect desired quality and brand image.- Manage logistical aspects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.- Recruit, train, and manage event staff, volunteers, and contractors.- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance customer journey and drive attendance growth.- Integrate sponsorship and marketing opportunities while maintaining event integrity.- Involved in event life-cycle from pitch to post-event wrap-up.- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.- Act as main contact for clients and partners, managing communication flow.- Conduct internal and external meetings to discuss event progress.- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and managing the event team.- Develop and manage workflows to ensure project delivery.- Ensure overall guest experience meets the highest standards.- Identify and optimize revenue streams, including ticketing, sponsorship, partnerships, and vendor space rental.Requirements- 10+ years experience in creating and curating complex event programs.- Demonstrated creative prowess in conceptualizing and delivering captivating experiences for varied audiences.- Proven track record of working in the Middle East.- Extensive background in managing festivals, sports, and large-scale public events.- Possession of a valid driver's license.- Proficiency in written and spoken English.Benefits- Attractive Salary + BenefitsIf you are an experienced Event Producer looking for your next challenge, we encourage you to apply!
