Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, adaptable, and resourceful Executive Personal Assistant to provide elite support to the CEO. This role demands a professional with superior organizational skills, strategic insight, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless operations, supporting high-level initiatives, and demonstrating flexibility to meet the CEO's needs, including travel and on-call availability.

•Key Responsibilities •

1. Executive Strategy and Operational Support

- Proactively manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule, balancing critical meetings, high-priority engagements, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, agenda planning, and post-meeting follow-ups to optimize executive time and effectiveness.

- Act as the CEO's primary liaison, expertly managing communication with internal and external stakeholders to convey the CEO's vision and priorities.

2. Project and Initiative Management

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO, tracking key deliverables and ensuring project milestones align with corporate strategy.

- Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations for informed decision-making.

- Manage high-impact special projects, leveraging internal and external resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

3. Stakeholder Relations and Communication Excellence

- Foster and maintain critical relationships with stakeholders at all levels, representing the CEO with diplomacy, tact, and a high degree of professionalism.

- Draft and edit communications that reflect the CEO's intent and uphold corporate standards in clarity and accuracy.

- Serve as the CEO's primary contact, filtering and prioritizing communications and providing timely responses to high-level inquiries.

4. Advanced Administrative Leadership

- Manage complex scheduling, including high-level engagements and global travel arrangements with contingency planning to ensure smooth, productive itineraries.

- Oversee the preparation of essential documents, briefing papers, and background research to ensure readiness for all engagements.

- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, upholding the highest ethical standards.

5. Travel and On-Call Availability

- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, both domestic and international, ensuring detailed planning and efficient use of time while traveling.

- Be available on-call as needed to address time-sensitive requests, urgent matters, or adjustments, demonstrating a commitment to supporting the CEO at all times.

- Manage logistics for remote engagements, ensuring that the CEO is fully prepared and supported regardless of location.

6. Event Planning and Executive Coordination

- Lead planning and execution of executive-level events, including board meetings and strategic retreats, managing all details for seamless delivery.

- Ensure proactive and adaptive scheduling, prioritizing high-stakes events and engagements that align with the CEO's objectives.

•Qualifications and Experience •
