Hiring for Customer Service Executive - Freight Forwarding Agency (Dubai) Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at a freight forwarding agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of exclusive experience in the freight forwarding industry and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates on a husband-sponsored visa.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information about freight forwarding services, shipment status, and pricing.

Shipment Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal departments, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.

Documentation:

• Prepare, review, and process necessary shipping and customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for freight forwarding.

Problem Resolution:

• Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally, providing effective solutions.
• Proactively address potential service delays and communicate them to clients.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, including sea, air, and land transport.
• Proficiency in preparing and handling shipping and customs documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight management software is preferred.

Salary: AED 2,500 to AED 4,500 per month, depending on experience.

• Candidates on husband-sponsored visas are highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners are a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven 02 Years experience in operations and sales coordination, exclusively in the freight forwarding industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
