Job Description

• Analyzing current workflows, processes, and procedures within the civil company to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing streamlined processes and standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implementing quality control measures and ensuring adherence to quality standards in all operations.
• Conducting quality audits and inspections to identify non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor operational performance.
• Analyzing KPI data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen within the company.
• Facilitating improvement projects and workshops aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and improving overall effectiveness.
• Providing training and coaching to employees on operational excellence principles and methodologies.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Leading change management efforts related to process improvements and operational changes.
• Ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and systems, and addressing resistance to change.
• Collecting and analyzing data related to operational processes and performance.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management.
• Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to align operational improvement initiatives with company goals and objectives.
• Building strong relationships and fostering teamwork across different functions within the organization.
• Identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in operational processes.
• Developing risk mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Researching industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to civil engineering and construction.
• Introducing innovative solutions and best practices to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
