It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join CIBG team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE bankingIn this role, your key responsibilities include:1.Revenue GenerationIdentify target markets/new business opportunities and monitor competitors activities/strategies in order to seize potential opportunities and ensure achievement of targets within the agreed risk parameters of the Bank2.Performance MonitoringProvide direction and support, monitor and track progress of team against agreed sales plans for assigned territory/portfolios to ensure achievement of targets3.Relationship ManagementReview client dossiers to ensure current and future needs are captured and assist/advise clients on new solutions, developments and emerging opportunities4.Risk Management Monitor performance of client portfolios in order to understand and report on risk profile and highlight/update approving authorities with any changes in risk profile5.People ManagementManage self and team in line with ADCBs people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance Manage the effective achievement of the teams objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation6.Policies, Processes, Systems and ProceduresRecommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation 7.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment8.Customer ServiceDemonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactionsSkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience:At least 8 years of experience in business Banking of which at least 4 years of experience in a senior position managing a sales teamBachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or FinanceKnowledge and SkillsCredit and compliance evaluation skillsProblem solving skillsMarket knowledgeRelationship management skillsWhat we offer:Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 41,000 - AED 62,000 per month.
