Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including supervisory roles.
• Prior experience in managing lounge or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Services, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality service.
• Proficient in managing day-to-day lounge operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Understanding of menu planning, food presentation, and beverage pairing.
• Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and food handling standards.
• Food safety or supervisory certifications are advantageous.
