\xc2\xb7 Managing the HRMS (Human Resources Management System) and ensuring data accuracy.\xc2\xb7 Updating and maintaining employee records, including personal information, payroll details, and benefits.\xc2\xb7 Processing employee onboarding/offboarding process, employee life cycle changes, administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance etc.\xc2\xb7 Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures. Partner with internal HR teams, Payroll, and Recruiting to resolve manager and employee queries.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring employee records, both paper-based and electronic, are up to date and accurate.\xc2\xb7 Support the payroll process by providing timely inputs on variables related to attendance, employee status change, bank account details, etc while applying the right controls.\xc2\xb7 Review time sheets, overtime inputs, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll and employee data discrepancies. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records and systems.Pro-actively identify opportunities for processes, policies and procedures improvements and engage with Senior HR Services Members to drive the appropriate changes\xc2\xb7 0 - 7 years of experience.\xc2\xb7 Experience with HR software applications, preferably Oracle Fusion.\xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor law is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Human Resources.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office & Advance MS Excel
