Manage HR Operations for Max Concept Office which includes managing employee onboarding formalities, payroll, employee query resolution, policy and benefits administration, movements, exits, labour law compliance etc.
Manage rewards and recognition through driving salary review process, incentive communication and payout, recognition programs.
Responsible for annual manpower budgeting and cost tracking
Responsible for timely release of monthly/quarterly talent dashboards with insights
Drive/Support employee engagement initiatives in office
Drive necessary HR projects from time to time as needed.
Manage the human resources information system - Oracle HCM fusion effectively and ensure that correct and complete information is entered and stored in the system for MAX Concept employees.
Ensure maintenance and safekeeping of employees personal files of MAX concept office employees
