History and Achievements:

INOI was founded in 2016 by Estonian businessman Vassili Sibirtsev and Finnish entrepreneur Victor Dmitrienko. Starting in the CIS markets, the company successfully sold over 10 million devices.

Position: Executive Designer

:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Designer with a European education or professional background to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Chairman with high-level concepts and creative tasks to enhance and implement our European brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Chairman to develop and execute high-level design concepts.
• Lead creative initiatives that align with the European brand strategy.
• Provide innovative and strategic design solutions for various projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and design elements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Reports to: CMO & Chairman

Qualifications:

• European education or significant professional experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of creating and executing high-level design concepts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
