Minimum 5 years in travel & tourism Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic License Requirement: Valid driving license and access to a car Job Summary: As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, possess strong leadership skills, be fluent in both English and Arabic, and hold a valid driving license with access to a car. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement organizational strategies in alignment with the mission and goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and optimize administrative processes to enhance organizational productivity.
  • Financial Management:
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and collaborators.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and public events.
  • Human Resources:
  • Lead and supervise staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative team culture.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Bilingual Communication:
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Facilitate communication between diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Driving and Travel:
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to a car for business-related travel.
  • Be willing to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Mitigate risks by staying informed about industry trends and changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to drive and hold a valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 per month Experience:
