In addition to that, the Business Management Governance will be responsible to liaise with DLP team and ensure Fraud and Data Loss protection is respected for GM.Key Accountabilities:
Lead all Governance, Compliance projects on behalf of the business.
Working with Operational risk partners implement and sustain governance protocols ensuring a robust risk framework and effective operational risk practices within GM that meet internal, risk and regulatory requirements.
Manage Operational Risk tasks which include (Operational Risk Meetings, RCSAs, GM Operational Risk reviews. Resolution and management of all GM risk incidences, KRI management)
Work with Compliance partners to ensure robust framework across the GM franchise. Key deliverables include EWRA\'s, GM Compliance reporting to Central bank, Compliance monitoring, training etc)
Business lead on Governance side managing delivery of GM related SOP\'s, SLA\'s, Business and Dealing Manuals, Dealer Mandates etc.
Ensure risks, issues and dependencies are being recorded, monitored, reported to right forums and proactively managed to minimize disruption to timely delivery.
Support in business project management and overall management of various project stakeholders, plan and implementation.
Work with key enablement teams (Risk, MRA, Finance, IPV, Compliance, Legal) and others to ensure deliver of GM projects.
Support all the Audit reviews tracking and closure for the Business,
Support with BAU issues and tasks.

Bachelors Degree in finance or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills
A strong sense of ownership and are able to work independently and take initiative
Experience with all phases of a business project life cycle
Strong co-ordination and stakeholder management skills
Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Project management certification a plus, although not mandatory
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 8+ years experience in risk in a Global Markets or Investment Banking capacity
